Had a wonderful experience working with Sherri Ann at Sunshades Vaughan. The store has a variety of options to suit anyone's needs. Sherri was attentive to our needs and provided the options we were looking for at a competitive price. We had some windows that presented unique challenges and Sherri was able to recommend the right options. Her service and follow up were amazing, and she was a pleasure to work with. The installer, Danny, was also great, such a professional and very knowledgeable. All around great experience!

Sun Shades provided us very good service. We got recommended from our friend who bought shutters from Sun Shades 3 years ago. Their sales person Neda provided us reasonable quotation and she was very patient to educate us about shutters. The installation service provided from Eclipse was fast as well. Now we have such beautiful shutters at home. We will def recommend Sun Shades to our friends in the future.

Found Sunshades from customer google reviews and got a quote on a new build for all window coverings. Quote was fair and complete and our rep. (Lori) was professional and through. Installation done by Mark was quick and convenient. We did have a small manufacture issue with one of the blinds that was quickly rectified at no additional cost to us. Very pleased with the product we chose, project was within the budget I provided and installation was quick & clean. Would highly recommend this company and the professional people they employ.

Sun Shade Windows acquired the company I've used to install my window coverings for the past 10 years. The sales associated responded and suggested a time to meet in person and I confirmed the time suggestion. Unfortunately she didn't show up and said she didn't get my email. I don't understand why a company would use hotmail for email. Sadly, this is the second time has happened with this company. 10 years ago I experienced a similar thing. Fortunately I've since found a new company for my window coverings.

I shopped around to many window covering stores but was taken back by the level of service that Mira provides. She is very conscientious and hard working to make you happy. When the installer Mark arrived the quality of service just continued. They go the extra mile, within reason, to make you happy. We had to delay our installation of the blinds and they were all too happy to accommodate us, which I didn't expect. Overall, great experience but mostly, thanks to Mira a great SERVICE. I am a picky buyer and don't hesitate in the least to recommend Mira from Sun Shades. THANKS MIRA!
